Lapping produces a finsih of uniform flatness and parallelism to extremely fine tolerances, with an accuracy of .0000254mm for flatness and 0.000254mm for parallelism.It is used to finish large quantities of similar parts such as couplings, ring faces, bearing faces, slip gauges, other block faces.

ISPAT Machining produces high quality spare parts for industrial pumps and turbines, amongst many other parts.
Final inspections
All our parts are inspected as part of our final delivery process. A detailed report consisting of all tolerances and confirmations are signed off on by our senior inspector
